The traditional Chinese medicine snacks are not the same as the health care products. The Chinese medicine snacks is an unique food, but health care products are the food which designated to obtain specific health care function or serve as supplementation on vitamin or minerals, which means suitable for certain people to consume, with the function of regulate the mechanism in body, not serve as healing purpose, and the food product will not cause any acute, sub-acute or chronic hazard to our body.

中药零食并不等同于传统意义上的中药药品或保健品。中药零食是一种特殊的食品，而保健食品是指声称具有特定保健功能或以补充维生素、矿物质为目的的食品，即适宜于特定人群食用、具有调节机体功能、不以治疗疾病为目的，并且对人体不产生任何急性、亚急性或者慢性危害的食品。虽然它也是一种食品，但它与中药零食不同的是它具有特定的保健功能，并不适用于所有的人。

OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or OEM production.  We will provide the complete set of legal procedure of products and authorize you as dealer, and will permit you to use the legal registered trademark. Through this will enhance and upgrade the marketing strategy of the product, train and upgrade the internal of the corporation, upgrade the level of management, in order to achieve the higher level of capital management to create conditions and gain more experience.

OEM可简称为“代工生产”或“贴牌生产”。我方提供有全套合法手续的产品授权贵方为经销商，并允许使用贵方合法注册的商标。企业为了加大其拥有资源在创新能力方面的配置，尽可能地减少在固定资产方面的投入，企业不直接进行生产，通过让别的企业代为生产的方式来完成产品的生产任务。这样，只需支付材料成本费和加工费，而不必承担设备折旧和自建工厂的负担。由此可促进成品业务形成新的经营优势，培养和壮大企业内在的扩张力，提高经营能力和管理水平，从而为更高层次的资本运营创造条件和积累经验。

ODM means Original Design Manufacturer, which after the manufacturer designed a product, with a certain situation being spotted by other brand manufacturer, and with the demand of using the brand of the other party for production or some minor amendment on the design and lead to production.
